Lunar Beans is a fictional coffee brand that comes from the moon. It is inspired by civet coffee, which is also known as kopi luwak. I created a fictitious cat-like creature that lives on the moon and feeds on coffee cherries that are grown there. Similar to the civet, the moon-cats would digest the coffee cherries and excrete the beans, which would be processed and made into coffee.
